Full ground floor renovation with a rear extension and new garden in Wandsworth.
The client opted for a large open-plan living space that features three new sky lights and a light colour palette that reflects the natural light beautifully.
The kitchen was finished in off-white tones with a quartz waterfall worktop and brass fixings. The new bathroom was finished in collage of blue with a striking geometric floor, complete with a large walk-in shower as well as a freestanding bath.
Dual Studio were involved in the redevelopment of my apartment from inception through to practical completion and handover. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner, remaining accessible throughout all points in the redevelopment to lead and synthesise on-site technical information to a concise and understandable format. Robert’s architectural background had particular benefits in two elements of the programme: 1. Design-led solutions were always proposed to the Contractor / Local Authorities which had time and cost saving benefits, and 2. Use of CGI / visualisations allowed the project to come to life prior to a spade being dug in the ground! It was both rewarding and enjoyable to work with Dual Studio and I will be using them for my next projects going forward.
