Summary: The project entails a complete refurbishment. The existing rear conservatory will be transformed into a spacious open-plan area featuring a brand-new modern kitchen and utility room.
A first-floor hip-to-gable extension will be added to create a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Additionally, a dark corrugated-panelled outbuilding will be constructed in the garden to serve as a home office for the client.
